What We’re Reading July 25, 2013

We hope you’re having a great Thursday wherever you are and that the news we dig up for you this morning helps you navigate the day more efficiently! It’s a busy world out there, and you don’t have a ton of free time to be doing Internet searches for the most important items of the day… lucky for you, we do. We drink gallons of coffee in an effort to stay awake long enough to scour the far reaches of the world wide web in an effort to bring you the most important, useful and useless information every single day. You’re welcome.

So without further ado, here’s what we’re reading Thursday July 25, 2013.

The House vote on Representative Justin Amash’s bill to curb NSA funding and draw back on their abilities to monitor our electronic traffic failed by 7 Republican votes. Another day, another activist judge halting a state passed abortion restriction. Why do we keep letting the Left do this to us? We win referendums, we elect officials who pass laws restricting abortion, and then all of our hard work gets undone by a liberal cloaked in judge’s garb.

rubionationalreviewMarco Rubio (R-FL) is looking to lead the fight to restrict abortion in the Senate. He says he’s up to the task to get the tougher laws passed… I guess we’ll see.
