U.S. in Gun Rights Trend Since Sandy Hook

This has to be hard for the gun-grabbers to accept. They were sure they could use the media to over-sensationalize mass shootings such as the one at Sandy Hook to push for more gun control. I’m sure they thought it would be easy. Immediately following Sandy Hook, polls showed that Americans were ready for more stringent gun laws, but that sentiment didn’t last long. It never does. It quickly dissipated, and then Congress and the Senate couldn’t even get the most basic gun control laws passed. Read more […]

Sandy Hook Commission: Homeschoolers to Blame for School Shooting

The Sandy Hook Commission (full name: Sandy Hook Advisory Commission) concluded that the real culprits in the Sandy Hook mass murder are homeschoolers. All because Adam Lanza was, for a very brief period, educated at home by his mother. For ten years he attended a government school, but at 16, his mother pulled him out allegedly over conflicts with the school district. Lanza apparently took the GED at 16 and then attended another public school, Western Connecticut State University. So, any amount Read more […]

Piers Morgan: “Angry, Belligerent, Threatening Gun Nuts” To Blame for School Shootings

I don’t get the idea of commemorating a day which saw the slaughtering of a bunch of kids and teachers. But, then again, we’re talking about liberals here. Gun-grabbers had been waiting for something like Sandy Hook for a long time. Aurora had happened the previous summer, but having a bunch of dead children was a much more effective emotional springboard for gutting the 2nd Amendment. Breitbart’s Ben Shapiro once accused Piers Morgan of standing on the graves of the Sandy Hook victims. Read more […]

Backfire: Media’s War on Guns Results in Nationwide Slew of Pro-Gun Laws

This has to be pretty embarrassing for the anti-gun media heads like Piers Morgan. All their time and money spent on rants against the “evil” gun lobby for “causing” atrocities like the one at Sandy Hook about a year ago were for naught. The media’s calls to steer the gun control debate away from rights acknowledged in the 2nd Amendment and toward a completely defenseless populace have fallen flat. In this particular case, their prowess in pricey propaganda ploys didn’t pay off. The Read more […]

Newtown Kids Exploitable But Obama’s Daughters Off Limits?

Thanks to Sasha and Malia’s dad, the U.S. economy is growing at historic levels and unemployment is at historic lows, right? How else can one explain 60 minutes profound respect for obscene First Family vacation spending and privacy and their total disregard for the privacy of the grieving and vulnerable families victimized in the Newtown tragedy? Apparently, only some children’s lives are “off limits” and others, well, not so much. Forgive my condescending tone, but not a day goes by Read more […]

Obama Protects Environment; Disregards Human Life

Dictionary.com defines “incongruity” as: “Not harmonious in character; inconsonant; lacking harmony of parts; inconsistent.” Our lives are filled with incongruity. We may slightly alter the manner in which we behave depending on the people around us; we may say one thing, and mean another; sometimes, we even deliberately lie when we know the truth to be the opposite of what we’re saying. Human beings are a fractured species; and that is simply what we are. But there is a point at which incongruity Read more […]

Two Cheers for Michael Moore On Sandy Hook Pictures

Michael Moore ranted about guns. It must be Thursday. Moore’s faith in the Federal Government to protect and watch over society with its required security apparatus knows no bounds. His willingness to embrace the absurdity of armed bureaucracy bringing peace to a population is wondrous to behold. Yet there were a couple of points he made in this piece of NRA libel about which I would like to state publicly that I strongly agree. First, I strongly agree with Michael Moore that we need to release Read more […]

Student’s Laptop Wallpaper Results in Suspension

Paranoia is running so high in America’s public schools that teachers and administrators are looking for violent killers under every piece of paper and laptop computer. Ever since Sandy Hook, kids across America are being suspended for the horrible vicious crime of being kids.  We’re hearing more and more reports of overreacting educational professionals who spend their careers trying to teach kids not to overreact. We’ve heard of a 6 year old boy that got suspended for playing cops Read more […]

Sheriff Joe Sending Armed Posse Members to Protect School Children

Last week I reported that Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne had proposed a measure to train and arm one faculty member in each school to help prevent another Sandy Hook from taking place in the Grand Canyon State.  In that report, it said that several sheriffs were in support of Horne’s proposal, but Sheriff Joe Arpaio does not appear to be one of those in support. Sheriff Joe has been in the national news for a year now because he is the only law enforcement leader in the entire nation with Read more […]

Cornel West Race-Baits…Again

It actually took longer than I thought for the tragedy at Sandy Hook to bring out the race-baiters. There are bad people everywhere; and those who use tragedy to push some kind of agenda. There are always those who use sadness to provoke anger, and violence to promote their pet ideas. If you’ll recall back in 2005, it didn’t take the race-baiters long to start blaming president Bush for the recovery fiasco. It was famously said by Kanye West–mascot of intelligent discourse–that the post-Katrina recovery Read more […]

Gun Violence Overwhelms Economic Crisis

The start of another year of failure is weeks away and no substantive actions to reduce spending or reform failing government policies has been taken, yet somehow the one social ill on the decline, gun violence, is now our government’s greatest priority. Each and every day more Americans find they are standing in line for government assistance. No one but the government is hiring and U.S. Corporations are moving more of their operations overseas.  Leave it to the U.S. government to focus on fixing Read more […]
