Employee Suspended For Seeking Legal Advice After Submitting To Religious Discrimination

Boots Hawk, a 20 year Army veteran has worked at Dameron Hospital in Stockton, California for 10 years.  Hawk had added, ‘God Bless America’ to his email signature, but hospital officials were not pleased with it and said it is offensive to some.  He was ordered to remove the phrase from his emails and Hawk complied.
