Race baiting is ubiquitous in our day. It seems like everything is about race. Even when it isn’t. So the recent story about Django Unchained actress Daniele Watts just seemed like par for the course. She says she was kissing her husband in public—relatively harmless, I would say—but police were called, she says, because she is black and he is white. If Recording the Police is Not a Crime, It Sure Seems Like It

A candidate for the governor of New York, Randy Credico, was recently arrested, handcuffed, and jailed for taking footage of an overly aggressive arrest.
