House Passes Bill Making Obamacare Individual Mandate Violation Fine $0

This would mean that if you chose not to purchase a health insurance product this year, you wouldn’t be subjected to a fine. The bill is H.R. 4118, the SIMPLE Fairness Act (Suspending the Individual Mandate Penalty Equals Fairness). In essence, they’re delaying the individual mandate.
