SWAT Teams Raid Barber Shops Over Permits

I think the whole idea of getting a barber shop a “proper” government permit in order to be allowed to cut someone’s hair for money is absolutely ridiculous. It used to be that an inspector from some local government bureaucracy would walk in and inspect a place of business to check on permits and such. Police “Escort” Man to the Ground, Breaking his Face and Rendering him Unconscious

This is one of those cases where there’s fault on both sides. But that doesn’t excuse one of the sides way overreacting and then attempting to cover up their actions by lying in their report. It was Reginald Johnson’s 43rd birthday, and I’m sure he thought someone was pulling a prank on him when he got pulled over, even though he had done nothing wrong.
