Earlier this year, Cuba revamped their migration policies making it easier for their citizens to leave for other countries.  Evidently, over fifty years of strict communist rule and migration policies, Cuba is getting too over crowded.  Solution?  Ease up migration laws to allow some of the overpopulation to flee to other countries. Sen. Rubio, Son Of Immigrant Parents, Warning Not To Rush Immigration Reform

Sen.
