Creationist Finds Fossils, Fails to See Irony

The Washington Post recently published an article about a creationist, Edgar Nernberg, who recently found a few fish fossils. The author apparently thought this fact—a creationist finding fossils—held some deep irony. The title of the piece was “Whoops! A creationist museum supporter stumbled upon a major fossil find.” Why whoops? The patronization, finger-wagging, insult, self-satisfaction, and snark just escalate from there: “No, it hasn’t changed my mind. We all have the same evidence, Read more […]

Evolutionists Continue Their War on Science

Evolutionists have carefully manicured a grand pretense that most Americans rarely question: that the materialists in white lab coats are dedicated to neutrally observing the evidence and the facts without any ideological or religious prejudices to cloud their clear judgment. Ancillary to this pretense is the lie that Christian scientists, blinded by religious bias, cannot account for the facts and refuse to accept them. According to this grand lie, evolutionists are the true scientists, and creationists Read more […]

Government Bans Creationism in Schools

The United Kingdom, our closest ally and oldest friend, is continuing to move towards a godless, secular society. They are considering forcing churches to perform gay marriages, they are arresting Christians for speaking against sin, and now they have banned talk of intelligent design in their schools. Soon there will be nothing left to remind us that Britain was once leader of the Christian world. What has happened to the nation that once sent more Christian missionaries out to the world than any Read more […]

Gravity Waves, the Big Bang, and Creationism

The science world was rocked by the recent news that gravitational waves, the ripples in space time predicted by the Big Bang theory, have in fact been detected by scientists: What’s more, researchers discovered direct evidence for the first time of what Albert Einstein predicted in his general theory of relativity: Gravitational waves.   These are essentially ripples in space-time, which have been thought of as the “first tremors of the Big Bang,” according to the Harvard-Smithsonian Read more […]

Bill Nye and Ken Ham to Debate Creationism

On February 4, Billy Nye “the science guy” will visit the Creation Museum in Kentucky to debate Ken Ham, president of Answers in Genesis. Ham invited Nye mostly because of Nye’s controversial YouTube video in which he claimed that teaching creationism was bad for kids. In his blog, Ham said: Because our ministry theme for 2013 and for 2014 is “Standing Our Ground, Rescuing Our Kids,” our staff thought that a debate on creation vs. evolution with a man who has influenced so many children Read more […]

Liberals Already Running Out of Substantive Criticisms of Rubio

Conservatives are not the only ones looking ahead to the next election (including me); liberals are as well. And they’re not just looking at the next Democratic presidential ticket, but at the Republican one. They’re already trying to delegitimize the Republicans they most fear could pose the biggest threat to there being another Democrat in the White House in 2017. This will continue for the next four years, of course–and from both sides, if I’m going to be honest. I certainly won’t refrain Read more […]

University Dean Says Creationists Should Not Be Allowed to Graduate

Ever since the theory of evolution was first proposed, there has been a rift between creationists and evolutionists.  Perhaps nowhere is that rift wider than in public schools and colleges. I’ve sat in classrooms where college professors not only taught evolution, but ranted and raved against anyone stupid enough to believe in biblical creation, especially in young-earth creation.  Some will tolerate old-earth creationism because it compromises the Bible with evolution, but when it comes to Read more […]
