Obama Promotes Solar Power in Alaskan City with Little Winter Sun

If someone’s a really good salesman, we often describe that person as being able to sell ice to Eskimos. Obama recently tried selling the idea of solar power to a group of people in Northern Alaska who don’t see a whole lot of sunlight.
