Did the TSA Strip Search a 90-Year-Old Grandmother?

We have conflicting stories surrounding this incident. The 90-year-old’s son claims that when TSA screeners spotted an anomaly in his mother’s bra, they had her come to a secondary screening room where they instructed her to take off her shirt and bra. Afterwards, according to the son, his mother was left shaken. The anomaly they had picked up on was a hidden pocket sewn in her bra that served as a hidden compartment for extra cash in case her wallet was lost or stolen. Of course, the TSA Read more […]

Carly Fiorina Blasts TSA in Scathing Yelp Review

Carly Fiorina gave the TSA one star, because zero stars is not listed as an option. Yelp was hiding the review for whatever reason, but it’s still there. You just have to keep scrolling down and clicking on “continue reading other reviews that are not currently recommended.” Maybe it’s because her review comes across as a campaign ad. Even so, what she said was true. Eventually, you’ll see hers. And she’s given the TSA one star, although I’m sure she wished she could have given Read more […]

TSA Bars Stroke Victim From Flying for not Being Able to Talk…for National Security, of Course

Heidi had a stroke about 10 years ago, and since then, she’s been wheelchair-bound and mute. She was due to fly to Phoenix from Los Angeles to be taken care of by family there. But the TSA stopped her, because her driver’s license was expired. The TSA agent wanted Heidi to state her name, but she hadn’t been able to speak for a decade. Heidi’s sister Sherry Wright was there and tried to explain to the agent that Heidi is not able to say anything. From the New York Post: Wright claims the TSA Read more […]

TSA Agents Protect America From Adult Diaper-Wearing Terrorist

This particular traveler had prostate cancer and had to wear adult diapers for his incontinence. A TSA agent apparently didn’t know what incontinence was, and when he found out, thought it was worth snickering about. This story was posted to CafeMom.com by the man’s wife: After he [the husband] emerged from the scanner the TSA officer (a female) asked if he was carrying liquids in his clothing. He explained his condition and what had happened. In the past, it was embarrassing enough for him Read more […]

TSA Animation Teaches Kids to Accept Police State for Their Own “Security”

There’s an article on Cracked.com written by Rafi Sela, the former head of security for what he called the “world’s safest airport.” That, being the Ben Gurion Airport in Israel. He listed and explained 7 reasons that the TSA is worthless. His list can be somewhat summarized by what appeared on Security Solutions’ website. That’s the firm that handles security at Ben Gurion which was headed by Rafi Sela: …[T]he U.S. suffers from two shortcomings that Ben Gurion has dealt with Read more […]

Park Your Car At The Airport, Win A Free Warrantless Car Search

I suppose they’d bring up “implied consent.” That is, if you use the airport, you are agreeing to use it on their terms, Constitutional violations and all. If you object to these violations, then don’t ever go to the airport. Of course, I’m sure you can also call a complaint hotline, which, after getting through all the prompts, will direct you to “Fred” in a call center in Pakistan. Some states have implied consent laws pertaining to driving. If you drive on “public” roads and Read more […]

Should We Arm TSA Agents Now?

First, the media were saying that this murderer at the Los Angeles International Airport was an off-duty TSA agent. Now, they’re saying he isn’t a TSA agent, but that he’s a white guy who had “anti-government” literature on him at the time of the shooting. And top it all off, he had an “assault rifle” with five full 30-round-capacity magazines. I’m sure they’ll classify this as a terrorist attack, especially since he didn’t yell out anything like “Allahu Akbar.” He ended Read more […]

TSA Manager Given a Pass

So last year, the TSA was found to be failing to actually screen baggage properly. The baggage handlers were fired when this was discovered, and so was the “direct manager of the workers.” Not anymore. Since the baggage handlers “did not have appeal rights,” they “remain fired.” But the “direct manager” did have “appeal rights” and was able to take the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to an administrative court to force them to give his job back to him. He won. “‘Management Read more […]

The TSA’s New Security Theater Prop

The TSA thinks that if they just keep finding and implementing new ways to humiliate and dehumanize us, eventually they’ll catch a terrorist. Anyone who says that the pat downs, the body scanners, the liquid testing and the interrogating are any more than just security theater must be delusional. They will never catch anybody this way especially because so many agents are morally bankrupt. The TSA is a safe haven for child molesters and other sexual predators who couldn’t find work elsewhere.
