“Mankind is divided into rich and poor, into property owners and exploited; and to abstract oneself from this fundamental division; and from the antagonism between poor and rich means abstracting oneself from fundamental facts.” – Joseph Stalin
For those of you who haven’t been paying attention, the MO of the Democratic Party is to divide, and conquer. The sole motivation behind their policies is to stretch their influence to its maximum expanse, and they do this by appealing to demographics. They pander to Blacks with outdated talk of social justice, they pander to Hispanics through illegal immigration, and they pander to women using abortion. The White people who vote Democrat usually do so out of ignorance, or guilt, because they have a misplaced sense of debt to the world.
Conservatives—the real ones, not the establishment hacks—do their best to show that conservatism doesn’t pander, because it is inclusive in and of itself. They do not need to promote affirmative action, because it’s time has passed, and in today’s world, it is unnecessary, and even racist. They don’t pander, because these issues are used solely to manipulate voters based not on what is best for them, but what is best for the Democratic Party.
The recent violence in Ferguson has sparked a lot of discussion regarding racial tensions, and some of it may be legitimate. At this point, there is no way to discern, with any kind of certainty, who to believe regarding the shooting, but we can all say with certainty that the riots and lootings in Ferguson are wrong. Bad people are using a bad situation to behave violently, and wickedly. They seem to have no regard for the value of property, or the value of life. A QuikTrip was burned to the ground. This is a deadly serious situation. One would like to believe that our president, the leader of this country, would condemn the violence that’s occurring in Ferguson, but rather than condemn, he has merely scolded.
“There is never an excuse for violence against police, or for those who would use this tragedy as a cover for vandalism or looting…It’s clear the vast majority of people are peacefully protesting. A small minority of people are not. I understand the passions and anger of the small minority who are not … giving into that anger by looting, carrying guns, fighting police undermines, rather than advances, justices.“
That’s it. That’s all Obama said regarding the morality of the looting, and other violence occurring in Ferguson. Rather than firmly condemn what is happening, he chose to tread lightly, telling the looters, et all that what they are doing doesn’t advance justice, but that it undermines it. It was a mild scolding, at best.
The reason Obama cannot, and will not say more to condemn the violence in Ferguson is because it would undermine his agenda. He, and the Democratic Party at large, need to foster racial animosity in order to keep Black voters on their side. They need to paint a world in which conservatives are out to get Black people, and the Democrats are their protectors, and advocates. Because people see the Republican Party as a Party of old, white, racist men–which they’ve been told endlessly by the leftist media–any racially-based violence is immediately linked to conservatives. Because Republicans are racist, white men, they must endorse what happened to Michael Brown, is the thinking.
Obama will not condemn the rioters because he needs to be on the right side of the race fight in order to keep the Democratic strangle-hold on the demographic. The media will follow whatever narrative Obama, and the Democrats weave, so the racial animosity will continue to be broadcast, and it will inevitably be the fault of the White patriarchy, which is permanently linked to the Republican Party.
Divide and conquer.
