No matter if it’s where you work; where you go to school; or where you hang out, there is always that one person in your life that you just can’t stand. Their very presence in your vicinity makes your skin crawl, as you force back the daggers from your eyes at the very sight of them. No matter what that person does, they are wrong, and you want them to be wrong. Oh–is that just me? Well, regardless, if you would look at them objectively, you may see them in a different light. But your negative opinion of them is so ingrained in your mind that nothing will change it. That’s often how Democrats feel about Conservatives. They simply can’t believe Conservatives are good, normal, responsible people.
At every opportunity, Liberals castigate Conservatives as bigoted, uncaring, irresponsible, hateful, blah blah blah–you get it. That opinion is so deeply locked within the Liberal mind that they often go out of their way to find fault where there may be none at all. For example: the targeting of Conservative groups by the IRS.
There is all kind of speculation being tossed about regarding the depth of the scandal; how many people knew, and when did they know it. It appears as though it might go as high as the President; but we will never truly know–Obama is great at covering his tracks. There is new evidence that suggests the higher-ups knew about the targeting since 2011.
According to Fox Local 19:
“One of FOX19’s two sources went on say that these four IRS workers claim ‘they simply did what their bosses ordered.’ FOX19 reported on Tuesday that the report by the Office of Inspector General states that senior IRS officials knew agents were targeting Tea Party groups as early as 2011…In fact, according to that report, Lois Lerner, who heads the IRS division that oversees tax exempt organizations, was told on June 29, 2011 that groups with ‘Tea Party’, ‘Patriot’ or ‘9/12 Project’ in their names were being flagged for additional, and often burdensome, scrutiny…While the IRS is pointing at ‘two rogue employees,’ the number of organizations that were singled out has swelled to nearly 500, according to Rep. Congressmen Darryl Issa and Ohio’s Jim Jordan.”
1. The targeting of organizations with “Patriot,” “Tea Party,” and “9/12 Project” clearly indicates a bias against Conservative organizations. That much is obvious. Not a single Liberal group was singled out.
2. If the list of singled out organizations stands at almost 500, there had to have been more than just four lower-level employees involved in this operation.
3. More than that, the higher-ups knew about this targeting as far back as 2011; yet they did absolutely nothing to stop it. That indicates one of two things. Either the higher-ups are acting on their own Liberal bias, or those very people were directed to single out Conservative organizations from someone higher ranking than they. If the latter is the case, who ordered them to target Conservatives? Who has that authority?
The attempt by the IRS to cover this up means that something bigger is going on. If the truth was that it was merely rogue lower-level employees targeting Conservatives; that would be that. But now that evidence is emerging that the higher-ups knew about the targeting for years, it means a bigger scandal is being hidden. What that scandal is, and how far up it goes, remains to be seen.
The point is this: Liberals will go to any length to get dirt on Conservatives, simply because they want to believe it exists. Numerous Conservative organizations were targeted, and the Liberals have not found a speck of dirt.
The most frightening part of this story is the length to which Liberals will go to destroy Conservatives. If Liberals are using the IRS to target Conservatives; who else could they be using? With the web of red tape, and the secrecy of our federal government, we may never know.
The best way to approach anything is with an objective eye. Conservatives have a sense of this, for the most part. Liberals, on the other hand, lack a sense of objectivity, which makes them very dangerous; especially in positions of power.
