Why Obama’s False Claims of Christianity Matter: Character

Character matters. We all know this. Character is a critical quality for a leader. The great majority of our leaders have little to no character. John Boehner, who retaliates against those in his own Party who defy him, has little character; Mitch McConnell, who lied to his fellow Senators, has little character; and Hillary Clinton, whose rap sheet of misconduct and outright criminal behavior would make Tony Soprano uncomfortable, has no character. But it’s Barack Obama whose character I’m most Read more […]

Why is Selling Fetal Tissue Such a Crime?

“Abortion and racism are evil twins, born of the same lie. Where racism now hides its face in public, abortion is accomplishing the goals of which racism only once dreamed.” – Alveda King After the videos were released in which Planned Parenthood employees are secretly caught discussing the sale of fetal tissue and organs, endless commentators strongly condemned this horrific practice. You can’t turn on the news without seeing some man or woman discussing the vile act of selling fetal organs. But Read more […]

PETA in Favor of Killing Humans but Not (Other) Animals

PETA has always been unwittingly plagued by massive inconsistencies in logic. Even its name exposes PETA to the pitfalls of equivocation. People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals. So, if animals are people too, then what does PETA even mean? Some Animals for the Ethical Treatment of Arbitrarily Chosen Other Animals? Are humans the only people? Or should animals be held to the same ethical standards as humans? Why should some animals be allowed to viciously “murder” and eat other animals, Read more […]

Daily Beast’s Amy Zimmerman Viciously Mocks Russell Wilson’s Abstinence

“You can spit on a rose, but it’s still a rose.” – Marty Rubin Amy Zimmerman of The Daily Beast recently penned a piece absolutely drenched with sarcasm regarding Seahawks QB Russell Wilson’s and Ciara’s decision to wait until marriage for sex. The piece, subtitled “Fetishizing Abstinence in Pop Culture,” introduced the news regarding Wilson in paragraph one, saying: “On Sunday, AKA the Lord’s Day, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson sat down for a one-on-one interview with Pastor Miles Read more […]

Red Cross Raised $488 Million for Haiti … to Build Only Six Homes

I want to believe that there is some other explanation for this situation, but I can’t figure out what that might be. According to a recent report, the Red Cross raised nearly half a billion dollars to aid the reconstruction of Haiti after an earthquake devastated homes in 2010. But since that time, the Red Cross has done almost nothing for Haiti with that money: The group has publicly celebrated its work. But in fact, the Red Cross has repeatedly failed on the ground in Haiti. Confidential memos, Read more […]

Supreme Court Rules Against Giving Murderer Sex Change Operation

The Supreme Court threw out an appeal by a convicted murderer in prison who wanted to sex change surgery at taxpayer expense to become a woman. Robert Kosilek killed his wife Cheryl McCaul about 25 years ago and was convicted of murder. The Boston Globe reported: “McCaul’s body was found in their Mansfield home in 1990. She had been strangled with a wire, nearly decapitating her, records show.” Since then, while serving a life sentence in a Massachusetts prison, he’s been living as Read more […]

Hunter Rebecca Francis Receives Death Threats from Animal Rights Activists

After Rebecca Francis posted a picture of herself lying next to a bull giraffe she had killed, comedian Ricky Gervais responded with an inflammatory tweet that elicited a huge amount of condemnation for Francis from animal rights activists. Gervais wrote: “What must’ve happened to you in your life to make you want to kill a beautiful animal & then lie next to it smiling?” His tweet was perhaps one of the kinder responses to Francis’s picture. Many animal activists actually tweeted Read more […]

How Esteemed Rutgers Professor Brittney Cooper Dug Her Own Grave, Then Blocked Me From Twitter

“When dealing with people, remember you are not dealing with creatures of logic, but creatures of emotion.” – Dale Carnegie It finally happened. I ticked off a liberal so much, they blocked me from their Twitter. How did I upset them so deeply that they refuse even to interact with me on a social media app? There’s the story. On April 1st, Salon published a piece by esteemed Rutgers Professor Brittney Cooper in which Cooper argued a great many stupid things. The piece was titled “The right’s Read more […]

Basing Abortion Rights on the Viability of the Fetus: Dead End

The viability of the fetus leads us directly to the question of the viability of infants, the elderly, and so on. “With no fact as a referent, what is normative is purely a matter of preference.” – Ravi Zacharias If one follows a path of moral relativism, one needs to find a way to remain logically consistent within that framework. Unfortunately, that consistency–when applied within the unstructured structure of relativism–almost universally leads to uncomfortable places. In the video below, Read more […]

DNC to Rand Paul: Yes, It’s OK to Kill a 7-Pound Baby in the Uterus

I was listening to Erick Erickson the other day, and he was saying how happy he was with Rand Paul for not falling for the media’s stupid questions. A reporter had asked Rand Paul about his views on abortion and whether he thought there should be any exceptions. The reporter referenced Paul’s statements on abortion earlier that day that were brought to light by the DNC: “Should there be any exemptions or not?” asked NH1 reporter Paul Steinhauser, citing the DNC attack. “What’s the DNC say?” asked Read more […]

Rolling Stone to be Sued By Fraternity Over Debunked Gang Rape Article

Just like we live in a racist culture, we also live in a rape culture. Or so everyone loves telling me. The media loves race and rape stories. There’s no getting around that. But Rolling Stone may have allowed a good story to get in the way of the truth. And they might be paying the price for it: A fraternity at the University of Virginia announced Monday that it will “pursue all available legal action” against Rolling Stone, saying a Columbia Journalism School review shows the magazine acted Read more […]

IRS Ethics Lawyer Disbarred and Fired for Ethics Violation

Keep in mind that this is in no way an isolated incident. Government agencies only take disciplinary measures against their “rogue” employees when too many people in the public find out about it. It enhances the public image of a government agency when they fire or suspend an employee for misconduct. It also gives the agency heads an opportunity to grandstand and talk about how they don’t tolerate such bad behavior. In truth, if they actually didn’t tolerate such bad behavior, we wouldn’t Read more […]
