Obama Blames Racism…Again

“There’s no doubt that there’s some folks who just really dislike me because they don’t like the idea of a black president…” – Barack Obama, New Yorker Magazine How often can a single person race-bait? Well, if you’re Barack Obama, the answer is: quite often. Ever since Obama entered the Democrat primary against Hillary Clinton, everything has been defined by his race. Before my darling critics open their mouths, allow me to define my opinion. I’m delighted to live in a country, and in Read more […]

Obama: Racism Explains My Low Approval Rating

President Obama’s approval rating is lower than President W. Bush’s approval rating was at this same time in his presidency. Last year, 2013, was a rough year for him indeed, with revelations of scandal after scandal chipping away at what was once, in January of 2009, his 69 percent approval rating. Scandals aside—like the IRS intimidation of conservative activist groups; Obama’s 40-times-repeated promise that if you like your health-care plan, you can keep it, “period,” and then that promise Read more […]

Congressional Approval Rating in Single Digits

Well, it’s official. In thirty-nine years of surveying, Gallup has never seen a single-digit approval rating for Congress. Until now! I wonder how many of us could keep Read more […]

How The Liberal Media Is Strangling Democracy

Thomas Jefferson said: “Experience hath shown, that even under the best forms of government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny.” Power is not what it used to be. In an ideal situation, government power would be clearly linked to approval. Those who had approval of their constituents would be the ones who would wield power, and those who didn’t have approval would have no say in the matter. The American people would have a real say in what Read more […]

We’re in Deep Trouble if these Survey Numbers are True

I don’t have to say it, but if a Republican were in office, his poll numbers would be way down. In September of this year, Alec Baldwin tweeted, “If Obama was white, he’d be up by 17 points.” No. If Obama was white, he’d be down by 17 points. If he was a Republican – black or white – his approval numbers would be in the teens. I can only speculate that a majority of Americans are not paying attention to the election or to President Obama. They are getting impressions from their friends. Read more […]
