Evidence Emerges Supporting Officer Wilson, Left Still Fans Flames of Racism

The media’s the most powerful entity on earth. They have the power to make the innocent guilty and to make the guilty innocent, and that’s power. Because they control the minds of the masses.” – Malcolm X

What happens if the narrative the leftist media has spun is dispelled? What happens then? When the spell has been broken, and the dust settles, will we return to sanity?

The incident in Ferguson is a difficult one to decipher. If Darren Wilson did in fact shoot Michael Brown without sufficient provocation, it paints a sick picture of a racist man. But if Michael Brown charged Wilson, as Wilson claims occurred, the act of self-defense justifies his reaction. Whether or not Brown was armed is irrelevant, because Wilson couldn’t know either way, and only had Brown’s behavior as a guide.

What I’m seeing from the media and across social media is a visceral reaction, laying blame at the feet of Darren Wilson without knowing the truth. It is typical of the leftist media to sensationalize events when they have an opportunity to heighten racial tensions. The media–because they are an arm of the Democratic Party–do their best to drum up controversy anytime race is involved in a case, because it serves their interests, which are the interests of the left. In the Trayvon Martin case, for example, the media only showed pictures of Trayvon from when he was much younger. Using these pictures, a “sweet young man” narrative was spun. This narrative was used to make what Zimmerman did look even worse than it already was. Regardless of the actual circumstances of the case, Americans were told what to believe by the leftist media. Trayvon was a sweet, innocent young man who was shot by a sick, twisted, racist man, who was out to get Trayvon because of the color of his skin. Any further evidence was essentially declared irrelevant.

The left needs this narrative because they benefit from high racial tensions. The left benefits from pimping the idea that America is a socially war-torn country. As long as the left can keep Americans believing that racism is as alive as it has ever been, they can continue to maintain their stranglehold on the black community. The left needs black people to believe they are victims, and that the Democratic Party is their savior. Additionally, they need black people to believe that the Republican Party, by virtue of being the opposite of the Democratic Party, is against them. This outlook on politics creeps into every other demographic as well. Whites will vote Democrat because they think that the Party cares about minorities, and that signals compassion, and so on. It has a ripple effect.

Unlike the Trayvon case, which was incurably muddled, it appears as though the incident in Ferguson may be a bit more clear. According to The Blaze, and other sources:

More than a dozen witnesses have backed up the account of Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson in the controversial shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown, police sources reportedly told St. Louis Post-Dispatch reporter Christine Byers.”

If this report is accurate, and witnesses are coming forward to back up the claims of officer Wilson, what does that mean for the narrative? If this case turns out to favor Darren Wilson, how will that affect the left? I can tell you right now that no matter what evidence comes out to support Daren Wilson’s side of the story, the left, and their media goons will continue to stoke the flames of racial injustice. However, if the verdict favors Darren Wilson in such a way as to be indisputable, the left will drop it like a hot potato because it no longer serves their agenda. The left doesn’t care about racial injustice, they only care about what allows them to keep their hold on the minority vote.

When someone is made to feel like a victim, they will be drawn to a protector, and an advocate. The Democrats, through their media servants, will do whatever they can to keep the black community under their wing, even if it means ruining the life of a good officer, and unnecessarily stoking racial hatred. Only time will tell the story in full.
