Employment & Labor Participation Rate Among Obama Voters Continues to Decline

The unemployment among Obama’s biggest fans are down yet again. Here’s CNS News on black teen unemployment and labor participation rate:

The unemployment rate for black teens, ages 16 to 19, was 32.4% in February, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), whose data also show that only 24.9% of black youth are participating in the nation’s labor force. The participation rate for black youth has decreased from 26.4% in January to 24.9% in February, a decrease of 1.5 percentage points. The rate has not been this low since January 2012 when it was 24.8%. When President Obama took office in January 2009, the work-force participation rate for this group was 29.6%, which means the rate of decline — from 29.6% to 24.9% — was 15.8%. The black youth unemployment rate for ages 16-19 is 32.4%, which is 383.6% higher than the national unemployment rate, of 6.7%.

And on unemployment for women:

The number of unemployed women increased by 36,000 in February, according to Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). Last month, there were 4,670,000 unemployed women, which was up 36,000, from the 4,634,000 unemployed women in January.

While the Dems ramble on with their attacks on conservatives and Republicans for their “wars” on women and minorities, both large Democratic voting blocs and targeted audiences of pandering liberals, these same groups suffer economic hardships at the hands of those who guaranteed them the Promised Land.
