Cruz’s Father Says Obama Just Like Castro

In 1939, Rafael Bienvenido Cruz was born in Matanzas, Cuba.  At age 14, young Rafael fought with Cuban revolutionary Fidel Castro to overthrow the harsh dictatorial regime of Cuban President Fulgencio Batista.  Under Batista’s strict dictatorship, Rafael suffered beatings and imprisonment because of his opposition to the government.  He failed to realize at the time that Castro was a communist.  By the time he found out, it was too late and Castro was proving to be just as bad if not worse than Batista.

In 1957, he fled Cuba and found himself in Austin, Texas at the age of 18.  He had $100 and spoke no English as he began his studies at the University of Texas.  He worked as a dishwasher for 50¢ and hour to pay his way through college, earning himself a degree in mathematics.

After college, Rafael met Eleanor Elizabeth Wilson Darragh who was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware.  She went to college at Rice University in Houston and became a computer programmer for Shell Oil.  After they married, the couple ended up in Calgary, Alberta Canada where they worked at their own business connected with the oil industry.  On December 22, 1970, they had a son named Rafael Edward Cruz who most people know today as Ted Cruz, the GOP US Senator from Texas.

In 1974, the Cruz family moved back to Houston.  Today, his parents are divorced and his father is a Southern Baptist pastor in Carrollton, Texas.  Ted Cruz describes himself as being Cuban, Irish and Italian.

At a recent Tea Party gathering in Madisonville, Texas, Rafael Cruz took the podium to a large round of applause.  He has become quite politically outspoken, making him almost as popular as his son the Senator.  In the recent past, Rafael has said that Obama needs to go back to Kenya and that he’s an outright Marxist who is out to destroy all concept of God.

Speaking about Obama, Rafael told the crowd of about 300:

“He acts no different than that bearded guy I left behind in Cuba.”

He went on to say:

“I have a burden for this country and I feel that we cannot sit silent.”

“It’s time we stop being politically correct and start being biblically correct.”

“I lost my freedom once, and I’m not going to lose it again. I’d rather die trying.”

I’ve talked to others who lived under the communist regimes in Eastern Europe, the Islamic dictatorship of Iran and the black genocide of whites in South Africa.  They all talk about how America is becoming like the countries they fled from and yet no one here seems to realize it.  They also tell me that it looks like that by the time Americans wake up and realize the freedoms they are losing, it will be too late, just like what happened in their home countries.

We need to listen to the warnings of people like Rafael Cruz who have lived through the type of tyranny that Obama is establishing and we need to put an end to it now.  We need to spread the word and stop them at the polls in November.  Conservatives and patriots have a chance to take both houses of Congress, making Obama a true lame duck president and like any lame duck; you have to mercifully put it out of its misery.  In Obama’s case, he needs to be charged with his crimes, tried and imprisoned for the rest of his life like the treasonous traitor he is.
