SunTrust Bank Using Your Money to Fight Against Religious Liberty and for the Gay Agenda

If I played and won the $700 million Power Ball lottery, I would not put my winnings in SunTrust Bank. In fact, I’m in the process of moving my accounts to another bank. Why? Because SunTrust Bank is pushing the same-sex agenda in Georgia. You may remember the story about David and Jason Benham who got booted from HGTV because of pressure from a left-wing pro-homosexual anti-Christian group. The Benham brothers did not lash out. They believed in principle over money. Soon after the old heave-ho, Read more […]

California Forces Pro-Life Pregnancy Centers to Promote Abortion Programs

Effective January 1st, pro-life pregnancy centers in California have to provide pregnant women with information about free or low-cost abortion options that are offered elsewhere. If these centers refuse to provide that information, they’re fined $500 for the first offense, and $1,000 for every subsequent offense. CNS News reported: The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) and the Pacific Justice Institute both filed lawsuits on behalf of six pregnancy centers following Governor Jerry Brown’s Read more […]

State Empties Sweet Cakes’ Bank Accounts for not Making Cake for Lesbian Couple

The state not only emptied their checking and savings, including an account that was set aside for the business owner’s tithe money. They paid their nearly $137,000 to the state for damages already awarded to the lesbian couple who sued Sweet Cakes for discrimination. But apparently, that wasn’t enough. The Blaze reported: According to Fox News writer Todd Starnes, who spoke with [Sweet Cakes owner] Melissa Klein a few weeks before Christmas, Oregon’s Bureau of Labor and Industries confiscated Read more […]

Video: College Students Sign Petition to Ban “White Christmas” Song Because of Racism

I bet you didn’t know that when Bing Crosby sang the line, “I’m dreaming of a white Christmas…just like the ones I used to know,” he was actually singing about longing for the days when he didn’t see any black people. The song has obvious racial undertones. The singer is dreaming of a white Christmas, at the exclusion of black Christmases. Why would he only dream of white ones? Because he believes that white means pure, and black means dirty. How can one’s racial motives possibly Read more […]

Nativity Scene Replaced with Atheist Display at Nebraska Capitol

Atheists think that if it’s in the Bible, then it’s complete myth. Jesus never existed, and that means that silly nativity scenes we see popping up around this time of year are portraying something as real as Santa Claus and flying reindeer. If Jesus’ existence is only in mythology, then why do Atheists get so angry when they see such displays on public property like schools and state Capitol buildings? They’d say that such displays on public property constitute violations of the First Amendment, Read more […]

School Removes Bible References From Charlie Brown Christmas Play Because of 1 “Anonymous” Complaint

They’re still allowing the Christmas play to proceed, but because of an “anonymous” complaint, they’re “modifying” the script to be more in compliance with the law. They’re nixing the parts of the play that reference the Bible, particularly the part where Linus tells Charlie Brown “what Christmas is all about.” If you recall from the original 1965 animated special, A Charlie Brown Christmas, Linus reads from the book of Luke (gasp!): That’s the part that’s most offensive, Read more […]

America’s Best and Brightest Push to Kill Free Speech

The “precious flowers” at Yale University will one day be leading our nation, which is a sad and terrifying thought indeed, especially in light of a recent video that has surfaced showing many of them pushing to kill freedom of speech. Filmmaker Ami Horowitz recently visited Yale University where she spoke with some of the prestigious school’s students about the constitution and our liberties. “I decided to take this campus free speech debate to its logical conclusion,” Read more […]

Guess Why School Officials Made This Student Cover up his Star Wars Shirt

Star Wars:  The Force Awakens is premiering in the U.S. on the 18th. Naturally, there are a lot of fans who are excited about the film. Kids are coming to school wearing Star Wars t-shirts. Seventh grader Colton Southern was one of those students. He came to school wearing a shirt featuring a storm trooper. So, what could be wrong with that? Well, it was what the storm trooper was carrying that was the issue. He was pictured holding a rifle-like weapon. (Gasp!) When school officials spotted Read more […]

Atheists Get School Nativity Scene Performance Banned

The Freedom From Religion Foundation and the ACLU are celebrating a victory against a school that had a Christmas performance planned which included a live nativity scene and traditional Christmas songs. They sued the school, and the judge granted the ACLU and FFRF an injunction. The issue was brought to light by an offended high school student and one of his parents who went to the ACLU and FFRF for rescue. From The Blaze: A federal judge has banned a public high school from including a live nativity Read more […]

It’s Time for Liberal Nonsense Roundup!

It’s time for Nonsense Roundup! This is a weekly (maybe) column in which I round up some of the most inane and insane liberal/PC nonsense going on at the moment, and brutally disparage it. A wise man once said that the only way to respond to ridiculousness is with even more ridiculousness–and I’m going to follow that lead. Item #1: Feminism! Zoe Stavri, a blogger who describes herself as “Anarchist. Feminist. Queer.” and tweets under the name “Another Angry Woman,” made headlines this week Read more […]

Tennessee School District Bans Bible Distribution After 1 Complaint

It wasn’t that long ago when we reported about a Tennessee school having students recite the five pillars of Islam, including “There is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is his prophet.” In the same story, it was reported that a substantial section on Christianity in the class’s world history textbook was skipped over by the teacher. Of course, people complained about this measure of attention being given to a religion like Islam at the exclusion of Christianity. But the teacher assured everyone Read more […]

Atheists Outraged Over Nativity Scene in Small Town

It’s the time of the season when Atheists get outraged. It’s that time when they go around and pretend to be offended by Nativity scenes on public property and make threats and file lawsuits. They say Nativity scenes are violations of the Constitution, specifically the 1st Amendment, which apparently prohibits local government representatives from expressing themselves. Residents in Wadena, Minnesota had grown accustomed to seeing a Nativity scene in their public park, until the Freedom From Read more […]
