Pharmaceutical Companies And The FDA Are Accomplices To Mass Murder

A cursory examination of recent mass murder statistics in the United States reveals an obvious common component of these heinous crimes. A component that is conveniently being overlooked by the newly invigorated anti-gun violence advocates in Washington. Mass violence crimes in America don’t always involve a gun, but in each and every case—going back to the year 2000—where large groups of innocent unarmed victims are attacked in America, the perpetrator is always found to be using a doctor prescribed and FDA approved mood altering drug.

I would like to analyze what I feel is yet another government controlled cover-up financed by one the most powerful industrial interests in America, the Pharmaceutical/Health Industry. From 2006 to 2012 the Pharmaceutical Industries federal government lobbying expenditures rose from $183 million to $231 million dollars to promote and influence—among other things—government policies and legislation expediting the approval of prescription drugs for sale to the general public. Many of these FDA approved drugs are prescribed to people who suffer from undiagnosed mental health issues, and yes, all of these drugs have unpredictable side effects like irrational thoughts, suicide, and violent behavior. If there was ever a dangerous and growing epidemic in America, it is the overprescribing and use of FDA approved behavior modification drugs to undiagnosed and poorly monitored Americans suffering from common symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression.

The Pharmaceutical/Health Industry and its very successful list of drug manufacturing companies have a long documented history of campaign contribution benevolence directed to both Democrat and Republican candidate’s campaigns and their respective PAC’s. Again, all to provide access to and influence of Democrats and/or Republicans that are directing the very private and almost secreted activities of the Department of Health and Human Services and their Food and Drug Administration’s drug approval guidelines and oversight. The exact amount of money contributed to federal candidate re-election efforts is difficult to determine, but the Pharmaceutical Industry always places in the top ten annual rankings for direct and indirect campaign contributions to both parties. As one example, Eli Lilly & Co., the makers of Prozac contributed just shy of $1.7 million dollars to political campaigns in the 2012 election cycle and is considered Big Pharma’s heaviest hitter in Washington.

Over the last decade, the FDA has formulated and instituted changes in drug approval policies that have allowed drug manufactures to rush their products to market before the drug side effects and their social costs are accurately measured. In the case of what I refer to as “mood altering medications” there has been a consistent rise in the number and severity of mass violence episodes in America that ties directly into the FDA’s permissive and irresponsible approval of marketing of drug manufacturers magic feel good medications. And yes, I believe that drug companies—not gun manufacturers and the NRA—are complicit in the growth of mass homicide violence and our government, both Democrats and Republicans are paid off to ignore it and are wrongly blaming the 2nd Amendment for the better living through chemistry being pitched by big drug companies.

If the goal of our so called compassionate and responsible politicians is to keep America safe from random acts of senseless violence, government needs to look no further than the sales of dangerous and unpredictable behavioral modification drugs; drugs that they bless and allow to be marketed as safe cures to distressed and mentally vulnerable Americans.

It’s about time that our elected officials recognized the “common dominator” in acts of senseless violence in America and drew back on the reigns of the Big Pharma’s tolerated pushing of unpredictable and dangerous medications. America can no longer allow our society to be the mental lab rats of big campaign contributors. If we allow the government to sidestep this obvious cause of the growth of unpredictable violent mental episodes fueled by federal government sanctioned social experiments the problems will grow and the senseless deaths with or without a gun will continue.

America has always had dangerous and deadly weapons at our disposal. We have always had the mentally ill and emotionally imbalanced among us. Why now is our government ignoring the prevalent use of and exploitation of these poorly evaluated drugs? Clearly it is both purposeful and deliberate. The money proves it. So where are the investigations and charges? You would do well to remember that America, like Mexico, has drug cartels. They are just protected by our government.

I think these drugs are a very effective way to reduce human population. When there are reports from the UN and Washington that the world population should be reduced to .5-1 billion people world wide they need all the tools available. The 1.6 billion hollow points bullets will probably be a huge aid in their quest in population reduction

The FDA (Faulty Drug Administration) is a rude and expensive joke played on American people. It is run by money from big pharma. Their so-called testing program is another rude joke, the real guinea pigs in drug testing are the suckers who buy the new drugs. Some drugs have been tested for only a couple of months on a dozen or so people, if they are still alive after that, the drug is considered “safe”.  I subscribe to a newsletter called “Worst Pills, Best Pills” to find out the truth about drugs. WPBP lists prescription drugs that are unsafe as “Do not use” and there are some very well-known and well publicized drugs there. It is scary and disgusting that the FDA is so corrupt.

  • HelloUsa

These drugs should be dispursed to CONGRESS…. They should have to ‘sample’ them before they approve them.
Most of our Congressmen/woman are RATS anyway.  Let them be the ‘testing’ animals.

    • mitglied

@HelloUsa  Wont work.  Too many are habituated to cocaine, which they typically receive at no cost to them. You and I pay for it via tax monies.

    • bobm001

MASSIVE DOSES OF THORAZINE would be appropriate! Then they could “shuffle about” and NOT do any FURTHER DAMAGE to THIS NATION!

  • Bigotist

    Mr. DeMayo,
You have stated the most honest post I’ve read in some time. Kudo’s to you sir!!!!!!!
However, as is interpreted, lobbyists and corporations control the government in this country, and until the time arises
to curtail outside influence and money, it will continue to be the countries demise~

  • BruceHaynes

Not questioning or disagreeing.  I would appreciate it if you could post links documenting this, though.  I’ll be happy to spread the word, but I’m tired of the whiny “where’s your proof” people that I’ll run into.  Links hopefully from “reputable” sites.

    • BruceHaynes

Let me elaborate… documenting that the mass shooters are “medicated”.

      • mitglied

@BruceHaynes  Are you acquainted with the MKULTRA program?  Medication is sometimes used initially.  Then, there is the question, how many people nowadays are NOT medicated – – ?

    • mitglied

@BruceHaynes Have you ever checked how many of such whinys are hired by the USGOV to challenge accurate information, and are assigned to blog on the internet ?  50,000 such people were hired in 2012 to challenge such factual information, in addition to gathering information on Americans who present facts, and who question actions of the “USGOV”.  Have you ever watched a video of former CIA station manager, John Stockwell ?

    • BruceHaynes

mitglied:  I certainly wouldn’t be surprised about hired whiners…  the whole “stop the smears” should have been called “spread the lies”.  I’m just looking to find credible information to present to friends who still have stars in their eyes over “the one” (more like the zero IMO), and may be susceptible to logic and actual facts.
I’ve heard a little about MKULTRA… sounds kind of conspiracy-theory, although I’m certainly not going to deny the possibility. I will research it, and the John Stockwell thing though, thank you.

      • mitglied

@BruceHaynes Great !  Lotsa luck with your “friends”.  Folk who are starry-eyed over the fraudulent alias, are basically illogical, and the type preferred by Hitler´s minister of propaganda, gen. Josef Goebbels.  If you genuinely dig into the available info on the NAZI-originated MKUltra, you might be more comfortable to view it on your laptop while sitting on the john.

Reportedly 60,000 died (tip of the iceberg) from VIOXX.  This number multiplied by the number of statin drugs on the market, means that many more cram-your-mouth-with-food patients will die prematurely, decreasing the populace.  Nor will such over-eaters learn that the cholesterol problem is a myth created by pharma companies, with assistance of the AMA and the FDA.  Oncology takes out another 400,000 – 600,000 annually with chemotherapy poisoning.  Neither mustard gas nor nitrogen extracts of mustard gas has ever healed one, single person.  However, oncology has developed its euthanasia program nicely, and just think of all the MDs who have gotten rich on insurance payments and the family savings of the patients who have died of organ failure due to poisoning by nitrogen extracts used in chemotherapy.
As far as fear is concerned, the clandestine events being conducted around the US, by “combined agencies” plus theatre events such as in Aurora, Colorado, plus all the “training exercises” being conducted in large city areas by US military units, are intended to accustom the citizenry to such military events.  The Sandy Hook event, another hollywood type event, in which no children were even damaged, much less shot dead, is intended to not only assist with acquiring the guns of the citizenry, but also to accustom the citizenry to believing such fairy-tales.  NAZI general Josef Goebbels said, “if you repeat something enough, people will believe it”. Two videos of the Sandy Hook event show no ambulances at the school.  One “murdered” child was photographed days later, sitting on Obama´s lap, with smiling parents seated nearby.
The citizenry appears to be wising up, instead of becoming accustomed to presidential-level-debauchery.
A former president once said, “I did not have sex with that woman.”  He later admitted it, saying that he did it because he knew he could get away with it.  Which may be the motive of the current occupant of the POTUS slot.

Prescription drugs for mental and emotional illnesses will be a large part of the down fall of America.  There are many who need these drugs but these drugs or heavily miss used and way over the top miss prescribed by lazy doctors.  I know first hand from a long history of a family member who is in the system.  This is a subject that needs a lot more press and attention.  I hope Mr DeMayo will keep digging deep into this subject and write more about it.

    • zeldazucker

@pierce64 As I was growing up the only pill I ever saw in the house was aspirin. I myself would never take pills, I thought all those chemicals in my system and if they were acting against
each other, boiling and making meansmeat  of my stomach ? I think all the mind altering drugs that
has become so poplar with doctors and drug com., makes you wonder if the kick-back plays an important  part in the prescripting  ?  It’s No wonder seniors have such a difficult time nowadays
a life time of taking all those drugs making them addictive.

John DeMayo Where IS YOUR PROOF???

  • mnorton

I think your article is, as you describe it in your opening, a “cursory” examination of facts.  It’s easy to attack an industry that’s given us so many life-saving and life-giving medications.  You are no better than the politicians. Do you have any idea what kind of testing drugs go through before they can be approved for marketing? I think not.  Go do some homework.

    • LGreen311

@mnorton you mean the testing like Vioxx under-went?? It is off the market now, after killing many, and if the judge approves the settlement, I will be collecting for their negligence! Fact is, they knew full well about the problems with this drug, but put it out for people anyway, and hid the data showing the problems they were FULLY aware of when placed on the market!

      • mnorton

@LGreen311 @mnorton I am no big fan of the FDA. Nevertheless, it was the FDA that empanelled physician reviewers to review the data on Vioxx, and implementing its withdrawal.

    • mitglied

@mnorton  Certainly, drugs >usually< go thru rigorous testing, but the findings are always skewed to display superficial safety, thus approval by the FDA.  The rigorous testing is not to establish safety, but rather to raise the costs of testing so high that only large conglomerates can afford the application process.  Small companies are screened out, while only huge, conglomerates such as Merck (with a NAZI history) are screened in.  One worst example is Gardasil, which WAS NOT adequately tested.  There is NO scientific evidence that Gardasil prevents anything, but much empirical evidence that hundreds of women around the world have been lamed, and the total number who have been killed by Gardasil is known only by God.  The level of ignorance you express displays the naive stupidity portraying the false system of belief  “in our government” that too many residents of the USA have exercised for too long.  If you are an MD or RN type, you should be ashamed of your dishonesty.

      • mnorton

@mitglied Wrong. Phase II for drug marketing is designed purely to test for safety, even before a drug can proceed to Phase III. High costs of drug testing is often due to the large numbers of patients necessary for testing to prove statistical relevance. This is particularly true of drugs involving the cardiovascular system, for example. In some cases the costs involved are prohibative, or the company deems it unprofitable from a marketing point of view. I don’t know enough about Gardasil or its testing to comment. I am not by any means a believer, naive or otherwise, in big government, nor a defender of the FDA. I am not an MD, RN, nor an “MD or RN type” — whatever that is — and unashamed of my views. What are your credentials, and in what way do they give credence to your opinions and personal attacks?

        • mitglied

@mnorton  @mitglied  You wrote an adequate answer.  You are neither an MD nor an RN and unacquainted with gardasil.  Your ignorance gives credence to my personal attacks.

        • mnorton

@mitglied Your reply gives more credence to your ignorance than to mine.

  • Ed Watson

This is all well and good and deserves SOME thought.  However there is another proven set of “drugs” from big pharma that do their job virtually 100% of the time.  I speak of RU-286 and abortion inducing drugs.  These do their job on infants just as proficiently as an AR rifle or a handgun, shotgun or knife.  Just a pill.  Think about it the unborn did nothing wrong, was totally innocent and only wanted some RESPONSIBILITY from its biological parents.
